The One day at ... concept is created by gastronomist writer Bent Christensen and photographer Claes Bech-Poulsen. In the online bookstore the titles are available for order worldwide.
In addition to the One day at..... publications you will also find other high-end gastronomical litterature in the bookstore written by Bent Christensen and by some of the worlds finest chefs.

Returns and inquiries
