One day at The French Laundry & One day at Per Se
Our intension is to give all possible honour to Thomas Keller, the man behind 2 of the best restaurants in the world and their daily performances in our time.
Another intension with the book is to give the readers a great feeling, an artistic, emotional yet realistic impression of
“ONE DAY AT THE FRENCH LAUNDRY & ONE DAY AT PER SE”.
The size of the book is: 24,7 cm x 32 cm. High Format. Hardcover. 170 pages.
White - like a tablecloth and “taped” with green tape – of course
Design:
It is in fact ”two books in one”. Take the front of “One day at The French Laundry “and read the following pages and enjoy the photos. Or turn it upside down and you see a new cover: “One day at Per Se” Read and enjoy !
Having read the book in your hands, take a closer look at the composition of the two books side by side, and you will notice that they are simultaniously layouted.
The paper for The French Laundry chapter is a rather rustic type, while it is a more elegant paper quality for the Per Se chapter. Even similar change of styles . Country meet City is our idea.
In between the two books we have a chapter named The man behind the restaurants: Thomas Keller.
Many thanks to Thomas for the days we spent with him.
